RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

As an online consignment gallery, returns can be made if we are notified within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of your order. For artworks, we will exchange or credit an item or in some instances, refund. Return postage will be the customer's responsibility.

We take pride and extra care when packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. Most orders are delivered by Australia Post. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact Bec by email immediately.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In cases where items are returned due to non-collection or incorrect information provided, the cost of resending is the responsibility of the customer.

For books, catalogues, greeting cards and gift items, if the item is faulty/damaged we will happily exchange for another item the same if in stock but if not, we will refund.

Postage for faulty/damaged items will be at our expense, all other postage is the sender's responsibility. Notification and return of these items needs to be done within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery and Odana Bloomfield needs to receive them no later than 21 (twenty-one) days after delivery.
