The traditional homes of the Bunjalung and Githavul aboriginal people are around the Grafton area and the north coast of New South Wales. Dirrangun, a powerful woman, is well known to both peoples who speak of her connection with local landmarks. The story of Dirrangun at Baryulgil comes from the Bunjalung Tribe.
