Frank Hinder
Frank Hinder (1906-1992) was seconded to the Camouflage Wing of the Royal Australian Engineers during World War II and so lived in Canberra. During those years he also painted and drew scenes of Canberra and the region. One of his favourite themes was that of cyclists of which Canberra had then, and still has, a great number.
